We strive to ensure you love all of your purchases from us.  If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Policy
We hope you are 100% happy with your purchase. Due to COVID-19, we do have some restriction on our return policy for all purchases, so please read below for more details.
Online Purchases for Delivery
All online purchases that are delivered to you via mail, can be returned for store credit only or exchanged for another item.  For purchases to be accepted, the following guidelines MUST be adhered to:
   1. Garment must be UNWORN
    2. All Tags MUST be attached
    3. Return MUST be initiated within 3 business days AFTER your package has been delivered to you
To initiate a return for an online purchase, please email  All request for returns must be approved first, then a store credit for the amount paid, minus any shipping charges, will be issued once the item is received back to us.  
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Online Purchases for In-Store Pick Up
All purchases that are made online BUT are picked up by clients, are eligible for a return THE SAME DAY the item is picked up by the client.  For these purchases, when you arrive at the store to pick up your item, you have the option to try on your items before leaving the store.  
If you try on your purchase, and you are not completely satisfied, you can exchange or return your purchase for a full refund. 
If you decide to NOT try on your purchase when you come to pick it up, your purchase is a FINAL SALE once it leaves the store.
In-Store Purchases
Due to COVID-19, all in-store purchases are final sale. This restriction is due to the strict health guidelines we have to follow to protect our clients from the any possible exposure to COVID-19.  Unfortunately we re not able to control the environments the clothing is in once it leaves us, so we can't accept anything back for return or exchange at this time.  We will change this policy, once the CDC COVID-19 guidelines are updated.
To lower the risk of a return/exchange being needed, we urge you to utilize or amazing and clean in-store dressing rooms.  Each dressing room is throughly cleaned after use by each client, and clothing is sanitized before it is returned to the selling floor.

Shipping and Handling
Please allow 1-3 business days processing time once your order has been confirmed.  Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 5pm EST will be begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive email confirmation with your tracking number once order is shipped.
